Shipping & Delivery

    All items are shipped via courier for speed and security purposes. We will not dispatch items if you do not have a physical address and orders will only be dispatched within Australia. International Shipping is not available at this time.

    Freight charges are based on the address we are shipping to and the total weight of your order. At the time of ordering, freight and delivery charges will be displayed and will be automatically included in your order. If there are any issues with your order, you will be contacted via telephone and/or email.

    If your item is in stock, it will typically arrive in 1-3 working days. Customers located in S.E. QLD usually receive their order within 5 working days. Customers located in North QLD and Perth may expect orders to arrive in 4-7 working days and regional areas may take up to 10 working days.

    Although we endeavour to make sure all products listedn on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct, an ordered item may not be available. If we are unable to fulfill yor order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder, or a refund of the price of the unavailable item.

    You will receive an email with courier and consignment number details. You will also receive instructions for tracking your goods otherwise you can log into your account and view your order status at any time.

    Returns & Replacements
    Please choose carefully. We do not provide refunds for change of mind purchases or products that may not be suitable for your application. However we will be pleased to offer you a store credit or exchange the item if in good condition and resaleable.
    If your item is DOA (Dead on Arrival), then we will send you a replacement at no charge (after receiving the faulty unit back undamaged and in the original packaging).

    Items that are faulty and are under warranty, must be shipped back to us. We will repair or replace as soon as possible and ship back to you at no charge.

    Items that are faulty and are deemed to be damaged, out of warranty period or have the warranty voided, must be shipped back to UptonAustralia for quotation. All quotes not accepted attract a $50.00 quote fee and delivery will be charged to the customer.

    Ordering
    We accept VISA, MasterCard, Paypal, BPAY and EFT transfers.

    Credit Cards - Paying online with a credit card is easy and safe. Our secure server encrypts all submitted information. Just enter your credit card information during Checkout.

    Paypal - We accept the PayPal pay method for all purchases. Once you select the PayPal payment method, you will be asked to log into your PayPal account to complete the transaction. If you do not already have a PayPal account, you may set one up during the checkout process.

    EFT and BPay options are also available. Payment instructions will be presented to you at the time of order.

    Payment, Pricing & Promotions

    All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (goods and services tax) unless otherwise specified. All transactions are in AUD and international payments are not accepted.
    Pricing on all products are updated weekly. Products may be placed on special from time to time however the price is while stocks last only. Items that are backordered will be charged according to the listed price at time of ordering.

    Discounts may be available for large quantities or bulk orders. Please contact customer service if you have any questions.

    Where possible, we will be  pleased to match or beat prices from our competitors on items that are current, sold individually and in stock.

    Your orders and their current status can be viewed anytime by logging into your account and clicking the "My orders" link.
